Bookings are accepted by phone, email, fb & Insta or via the website. 

All services can take between 1 hour to 1hr 30mins 

All applications include false lashes except trials

To secure  your appointment a 50% deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking. 

You will be sent an invoice with the total cost (including any travel) to your nominated email. 

Deposits are non transferable and non refundable. Please understand that as a small business I require a deposit to be made straight away so I can guarantee I have all the products I need to complete the service

All deposits made must be paid via direct deposit or cash. 

Bank details will be provided on the invoice 

The remaining amount can be made either the week of or on the day. 

Any direct deposits made a receipt must be emailed to jade.jamieson.mua@outlook.com. The receipt will be provided from your bank after the transfer has been made

If a cancellation needs to be made this needs to be done at least 48hrs prior to appointment time. 

Please remember your deposit is non refundable - this will not be refunded for any reason to cancel 

If you wish to reschedule this can be done 48 hours prior to appointment
